NextGen Leadership Foundation is a values-driven, youth-focused nonprofit based in Nigeria, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of ethical, empowered, and visionary African leaders. Through leadership education, mentorship, and community engagement, it inspires young people to lead change in their schools and communities. The foundation offers various programs including the iLead Leadership Values Program, mentorship circles, youth leadership conferences, community impact projects, and leadership clubs, all aimed at equipping young Africans with essential skills and values for personal growth and responsible leadership.

What We Do
iLead Leadership Values Program
An in-school leadership curriculum delivered in secondary schools across Nigeria, designed to instill character, confidence, and civic responsibility. NextGen Leadership Foundation in partnership with Maxwell Leadership Foundation implements the iLead Program in Nigeria.
Mentorship Circles
Connecting young leaders with experienced mentors across various sectors to guide their personal and professional journeys.
Youth Leadership Conferences
Dynamic, high-energy events bringing together young minds to learn, network, and take action for change.
